Cherry Mash

This is one batch. Two batches make approximately 110 small quarter size balls

2 cup sugar
⅔ cup evaporated milk
1 ¼ cup mini marshmallows
½ cup butter
Dash salt

Combine all, bring to low boil to 225 (Co altitude) (15-25 minutes on 5-6)

Use large pot.

1 cup red chips
½bottle loranne cherry oil

Add and stir until smooth.

Pour onto parchment paper on baking sheet.

Use paper and pot holder to knead until centers are cool enough to hold shape. (Optional, use 1-2 small scoops powdered sugar to sop up oil, no more or the balls are too hard.)

Roll into balls

2 cups melted light chocolate
1 cups roasted, shelled, dehusked peanuts
1 tbs creamy peanut butter.
2 tbs peanut dust (see below)

Chop nuts 20 pushes pampered chef chopper. Sift with  smallet pasta straing then fine strainer.

Mix small (not dust) pieces into chocolate. Dust will make chocolate too thick. 

Add peanut butter.

Mix

Fill small red cups halfway with chocolate mixture

Push balls into cups so sides are covered.

Let cool slightly

Finish covering with chocolate mixture.

Sprinkle larger peanut pieces on top.

Cool.
